Job Overview

As a Design Engineer/Design Executive, you will be responsible for developing detailed product designs and technical drawings using CAD tools. You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to create innovative and cost-effective designs that meet performance and safety standards. Your role involves continuous improvement of product designs, prototyping, testing, and ensuring compliance with industry norms and client specifications.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Experience with 3D modeling and rendering tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in product or component design.
• Familiarity with GD&T, FEA, and design validation techniques.
• Understanding of ISO standards and quality control processes.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams during product development lifecycle.
